What the site is
TopInMorocco offers travel guides, a trip planner and a directory of businesses to help you plan a trip to Morocco. It is an information service. We do not sell tours, tickets or accommodation ourselves, and we are not a party to any booking you make with a business.
Check before you rely on it
Prices, opening hours, timetables, visa rules and safety conditions change. Figures on the site are estimates or were true when we checked them, and a listing's checked date says when. Always confirm with the operator or the official authority before you book or travel.
Trip plans produced by the planner are suggestions generated with AI assistance. They can contain mistakes. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.
Partners and listings
Some businesses are listed free of charge as early partners, and their details come from their own public websites. We do not charge for a listing and do not rank paying businesses higher. Listings are not endorsements, and we cannot guarantee a business's service or quality.
The site is funded by advertising. Ads are shown by Google AdSense and are clearly separate from our content.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secret and give accurate information. Do not misuse the site: no scraping that overloads it, no attempts to break its security, no unlawful or abusive content in any form or message you send.
Our content and links
The site's text, design and data are owned by TopInMorocco or its licensors; photos of partner businesses belong to those businesses and are shown with their permission. You may share links and short quotations with credit. Other reuse needs our written permission. We link to other websites we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TopInMorocco is not liable for losses arising from your use of the information on the site, for third-party services or ads, or for interruptions of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and the site. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
