Questions answered

Is it useful for travelling in Morocco?
Targumi's own answer: in big tourist areas English or French is enough, but beyond them - local souks, neighbourhood cafés, the countryside - darija is the language spoken, and haggling in it changes the experience.
How long to understand basic conversation?
With regular lessons and listening, Targumi says basic conversational understanding is reachable in about 4 to 6 months; French speakers have an edge because many Moroccan words come from French.
Are the lessons online or in person?
100% online. Live classes run on Google Meet in small groups, and the interactive lessons are available 24/7.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. A payment method is required, nothing is charged at sign-up, and you can cancel online before the trial ends. One trial per account.
Can children take part?
Yes, from age 10.
