Targumi teaches Moroccan Arabic (darija) online, so travellers can learn greetings, bargaining and everyday phrases before or during a trip to Morocco. Lessons are live video classes with native-speaking teachers, in small groups of about 2 to 5 students at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with a replay of every class. Between classes there is a self-paced platform of 258 lessons in 50 modules with native-recorded audio (slowed-down playback), quizzes and a level certificate; the beginner track covers the souk and haggling in dirhams, ordering food, directions and taxis, and travelling in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Fes. There is a free learner community on WhatsApp. Children can join from age 10. Everything is 100% online. Targumi offers a 7-day free trial (payment method required, cancel online before it ends); at the time of checking, the single plan was 8.50 EUR per week, 24.50 EUR per month or 49.50 EUR per quarter, shown as half price against 17, 49 and 99 EUR.
